* On dates with no booking yet, either course can be chosen. The first booking of the day fixes which course runs on that date.
* Online booking closes 2 days before the tour. For next-day or same-day requests, please call us at 090-4773-2435.
Before you book
- ¥10,000 per person when the day's total is 4+ participants (tax, full equipment rental and insurance included). ¥13,000 per person when the day's total is 2-3.
- You are not charged at booking. The final charge is made after the booking deadline (2 days before the tour) based on the confirmed group size.
- Minimum age: 13 years old
- Bookings start from 2 people (solo participation is not available)
- Tours run with 2 or more total participants. If fewer than 2 are booked at the closing date, the tour is cancelled and you are not charged.
- Weather cancellations are decided on the morning of the tour unless severe weather is obvious earlier. If cancelled, we will call you and you will not be charged.
- Cancellation fees: 30% from 5 days before, 40% from 2 days before, 80% the day before, 100% on the day (calculated on a ¥10,000/person basis before the final charge).
