• Preparing equipment (wetsuits etc.) and arranging insurance
• Ensuring safety during the tour and emergency contact

3. About card details

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is never stored on our servers.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your information without consent, except as required by law or as needed to fulfil your booking (e.g. insurance, payment processing).

5. Security

Personal information such as names and contact details is stored encrypted, with access limited, to prevent leaks and tampering.

6. Analytics & external services

We use Google Analytics to improve the site (anonymous usage statistics via cookies; it does not identify you personally). If you opt in to LINE notifications, your LINE user ID is linked to your booking.

For visitors from Europe, analytics cookies are not used until you give consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
